Decorate: A Very Special Screenplay

By Adrien Communier

Besides being essential for any cinephile, Stanley Kubrick’s filmography is iconic thanks to his own special way of filming and how to make a scene and his characters special. Kubrick was always meticulous when it came to details that would turn a scene into an important moment of cinema. On the 26th of April, an illustrated screenplay proof copy completed with handwritten corrections from the American film director was sold at auction by Sworders for the amount of £920 pounds (originally estimated between £400 and £800).
