London College of Fashion at LSFF

It is almost the weekend, and we are about to tell you something which will make it even better – London College of Fashion is inviting you to attend the two events they are holding at London Short Film Festival this Sunday, 15th January.

The first one is about the sound of fashion music, and features short film screenings from LCF students and graduates, followed by a panel led by editors, authors and academics from UAL.

Fashion film and music videos are becoming closer to each other, and artists are able to create compelling audio-visual dynamics by combining the two styles. The films which will be presented at the festival have been selected for their innovative or considered use of fashion image and sound.

Harun Guler, a graduate from MA Fashion Photography, his film Pehlivan / Wrestler screened at the Liebes Wedding Festival Berlin and the Istanbul Fashion Film Festival, where it was also shortlisted for ELLE’s Choice Award 2016, and it will also be featured in the festival programme. Watch it below.
