Olive Pesto-tastic

As we all know lockdown brings many obstacles to our daily lives. At .Cent we as a team sit down every day and eat a fresh homemade lunch together. But now we are not able to sit together we are sharing some of our favourite ones so even if you are eating alone you are eating in spirit with us all. One of our lunchtime recipes that is a real favourite is our olive pesto-tastic pasta.

You will need:

  • 1 Jar of Olives
  • 1 Teaspoon of Capers
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Anchovy
  • Olive Oil
  • Handful of Parsley
  • 1 Rid of Lemon

Step 1:

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and use a hand blender until you have a rough paste

Step 2:

Make pasta in boiling salt water until al dente

Step 3:

Drain pasta

Step 4:

Mix the olive pesto with pasta

Final step:

Pasta is ready to eat, serve with parmesan and crusty bread.
