PURE: Indulgence

By Shannon Brien

The Hilton Skylounge not only boasts impressive views, but an ever changing events schedule and seasonal menu.

How about getting a head start on summer with a tasty cocktail on the roof top bar? Or spending your Easter Sunday feasting on hot cross buns and chocolate bunnies high above London?

At £30 per head, this is the best way to spend your afternoon in March enjoying mini carrot cakes, pistachio and chocolate choux buns and of course traditional hot cross buns! There are even a selection of savoury snacks to enjoy like cucumber and dill cream cheese on brown bread or a twist on a British favourite; smoked salmon with lemon butter on rye.

Skylounge Easter Afternoon Tea

There is also a selection of specially sourced teas and old crowd-pleasers like Earl Grey and English Breakfast. For those who prefer their afternoon tea a little on the Irish side, glasses of Champagne are available for an additional £10 per head.

You don’t need an occasion to soak up the views of London with my personal favourite cocktail, the Snow Queen Martini, made with Snow Queen vodka; this is the perfect way to say good-bye to a long week of work and hello to the weekend!
