RAW: Wildflowers and BYREDO

By Jo Phillips

Inspired by his own imagined Indian wedding ceremony BYREDO’s creative director, Ben Gorham, created the brand’s newest fragrance ‘FLOWERHEAD’. Flowers play an important symbolic role in these traditional rituals, so essential are they to the ceremonies that the explosion of colour and scent can be tremendous. From the bloom covered wedding canopy to the garlands of flowerheads strung together and exchanged between the bride and groom, flowers are fundamental to the symbolic success of the union.

With heart notes of Wild Jasmine Sambac, Rose Petals, and Dewy Tuberose and dancing top notes of Angelica Seeds, Sicilian Lemon, and Lingonberry that descend into soft bases of Fresh Amber and Suede, FLOWERHEAD encompasses the delicate but vibrant nature of blossoms. A romantic and energetic scent irresistible to any fragrance enthusiast.
