One of the simple pleasures of Christmas time and the joy of the holiday season is the rest that comes with it. No need to get up early, no rushing off to work for a few days and there is. finally, time to sit and enjoy a very grown-up drink should you wish. Whether your choice is a straight-up glass of something, or a fusion of deliciousness served as a cocktail. Here are some drinks to get you started. Film One
Fever-Tree Raspberry & with a hint of Rose Lemonade, A floral & zesty sophisticated soft drink crafted by blending spring water with extracts of Sicilian lemons with notes of Scottish raspberry and Mediterranean rose. A delicate blend of the natural flavourings from fresh Provence Roses from France and floral and jammy Damascena roses from Turkey are perfectly balanced by sweet Sicilian lemons for a refreshing, floral lemonade.
Perfectly balanced to be mixed with the finest vodkas or equally delicious as a sophisticated soft drink on its own as a non-alcoholic alternative. Add some non-alcoholic sparkling wine for an extra bit of bling.
Renais Gin is a small batch, of bold and vibrant gin with a distinctive flavour profile, inspired by French winemaking traditions. Renais Gin makes use of salvaged grape skins from Chablis. It makes use of salvaged grape skins collected after pressing for the wine and distilled to create its base spirit. It’s always nice when something that would otherwise go to waste can be put to good use, especially when the outcome is gin. Botanicals include lemon peel, grains of paradise, linden flowers, cubeb berries, rock salt, lime slices, and acacia honey resulting in a softly sweet, zesty, and delicately floral profile.
La Femme Rouge cocktail. 30ml Renais 20ml Sweet Vermouth 15ml Campari 10ml Sour Cherry Molasses 1 dash Cherry Bitters. Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, good-quality ice, and stir with the end of a spoon for 20 seconds to chill and dilute.
Rozél: Rosé Vodka Delicate Fruity Blush Vodka. Inspired by the delicately fruity flavours of Provence rosé wine, Rozél Rosé Vodka (produced in Yorkshire) doesn’t just boast a blushing hue, but showcases notes of citrus, stone fruit, and summer berries. Pair it with pink lemonade if you just can’t get enough of the colour. With tasting notes of ripe peach, pink grapefruit peel, and tangy fresh raspberries.
Add 50ml Rozél Vodka to a wine glass filled with ice and top with Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rose Lemonade. Add fresh raspberries to garnish for the perfect summer serve.
The Dubliner Whiskey Liqueur Whiskey & Honeycomb. The Dublin Liberties Distillery is located in the historic Liberties Distillery district in the heart of Dublin. Originally built as a mill in the 17th century, it has evolved into a modern Irish whiskey distillery. The whiskey produced here is made from 100% malted barley and meets the highest quality standards. One of the special bottlings from this distillery is the Honeycomb variant. This whiskey is based on Dublin whiskey and is refined by the addition of honeycomb and caramel flavours. This gives it a sweet and aromatic taste profile.
Fill a highball glass with fresh, chunky ice. Pour in Dubliner, and fresh lime juice and top with ginger beer. Add lime wedges to garnish and stir.

Mikolasch Single Farm Vodka Batch. Founded in Lviv, Ukraine in 1842 by Juliusz Mikolasch, this is one of the oldest vodka brands in the world. With a focus on highlighting the individual farmers and fields that grow the grain to make the spirit, the result is some of the best vodkas you can find. The front label gives you all the information you need, including the dates of sowing, harvesting, distillation, the farm, and even the farmer’s name. Lemon drop: Vodka, triple sec, fresh lemon juice sugar. Combine all the ingredients with some soda water.
Limoncello Mamma Mia! is made with lemons from the longest-established and most exclusive variety in Italy: il Femminello del Gargano IGP in the Puglia. These extra fresh lemons have been handpicked since 1850 by the same family in Rodi Garganico. Its aroma is the notes of fresh lemon with a slight balsamic and herbaceous aftertaste.

50 ml of ADRIATICO Roasted, 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 shot of pasteurized white egg, and 3 dashes of Angostura bitters to balance. Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Pour in a Martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a lemon twist
