And how do we wash our hair properly? Here are a few key tips

Soak hair with warm water before shampooing, really let the hair get nice and socked.

Start shampooing at the root we usually start at the bottom but far better to begin at top.

Scrub your scalp, not your hair, after all, that is where the oil and build-up starts.

Rinse and repeat if necessary clean your hair twice only if you need to

Rinse shampoo thoroughly, and wash that product out of your hair.

Apply conditioner on the bottom half of the hair again the conditioner is for the hair, not the scalp, if you want to look after your scalp use specific products for this

Rinse the conditioner with cold water, not warm or hot water.
