As the New Year begins, brands set the tone for 2025 with bold releases and celebrate with fresh, exciting collaborations.
The Louis Vuitton Men’s SS25 collection features the LV Footprint Soccer shoes, designed by Pharrell Williams. Inspired by traditional cleated boots from field sports, these sneakers combine a calf leather upper with a padded rubber outsole, incorporating key brand elements. Floral motifs from the Louis Vuitton Monogram and an interlinked LV logo form a five-toed footprint on the articulated sole, allowing the shoe to leave an LV mark on soft ground.
The upper is quilted with sloping lines, echoing the structure of modern soccer cleats, while a leather tongue covers a monogrammed lace and bears the LVERS UNITED logo, referencing professional soccer. The LV logo appears as a double-quilted detail on the side, above a smaller Vuitton stamp. The year 1854 is embossed on the back, nodding to the House’s heritage. The LV Footprint Soccer comes in a bold monochromatic palette with white highlights.
FENDI’s Peekaboo Soft Small bag is unveiled with a special video directed by Emir Eralp, featuring ‘Little Man’ by Swedish band Little Dragon. This marks a return to notable projects ahead of the Maison’s 100th anniversary, blending music, fashion, and art to reaffirm FENDI’s commitment to innovation. Presented on the Women’s SS25 runway, the bag combines softness, versatility, and high-quality calf leather, retaining the signature features of the Medium and Large sizes, including a lightweight design and soft construction.
“The Peekaboo Soft Small bag has perfect proportions. It’s like a Baguette bag, you can fit a lot in it, everything you need. They stretch, move, expand and contract depending on what you put inside. That’s the secret: soft small bags are never really small, they’re fake small.” “I like the idea that this bag shows off its interior even more. The leather is soft and it’s like it’s smiling when you open it. This bag smiles. It’s more accessible, more revealing of what’s inside, it’s like an identity card for the person wearing it.”
Silvia Venturini Fendi, FENDI’s Artistic Director of Accessories and Menswear.
Avant-garde fashion and provocative furniture design collide in a bold collaboration between designer Chet Lo and Rankin Editions. The collection, featuring a chair, couch, and pillows, fuses Chet Lo’s iconic spiked aesthetic with Rankin’s daring silhouettes, pushing design boundaries. Both known for pushing creative limits, Chet Lo’s futuristic textiles and Rankin’s audacious furniture concepts come together to create pieces that blend edgy textures with functional form, radiating visceral energy.
“We wanted to create pieces that don’t just sit in a room but transform it.” “The spikes evoke strength and individuality, while Rankin Edition’s silhouettes bring functionality and modernism. Together, the pieces challenge the way we perceive furniture.”
“This collaboration is about more than furniture; it’s about storytelling through design. Chet’s spikes are bold and unapologetic, and they bring an exciting tension to our forms, creating something truly unique.”
Caravana unveils its SS25 collection, ‘Wanderwoven: An Ode to Elemental Warmth and Untamed Horizons’, a tribute to refined wanderlust where bold individuality meets artistry. The collection reimagines signature styles with ethereal layering, where dresses drift over pants and skirts, creating an unexpected interplay of form and proportion. Shirts flow effortlessly over pareos, reinterpreting escapewear with a refined sense of ease.
The collection explores a deeper colour palette and textured nuances, radiating understated sensuality through exceptional artisanal craftsmanship. Caravana’s timeless fabrics are enriched with three new textures, each finished with raw-edge fringe. For the first time, knitwear crafted from hand-cut cotton strips woven into airy mesh joins the collection, ideal for summer nights. Delicate beading adds dimension, with linear accents referencing iconic knots and clusters inspired by cactus spines.
‘This season, we wanted to delve into a language of layers and proportions that feel at once natural and quietly disruptive. Each piece is conceived to flow with an intuitive elegance, capturing a freedom that’s grounded yet transcendent. It’s about crafting something deeply rooted in the tactile and timeless, evoking a refined sensuality that reveals itself subtly.’
Artem del Castillo, Caravana’s Creative Director

Each piece is crafted from recycled sterling silver using the ancient technique of wax casting, where designs are hand-carved in wax before being cast in metal. Like water, every piece is unpredictable and unique – a moment frozen in time. Ethically sourced or reclaimed gemstones and pearls honour both the planet and their histories. Reflecting the feeling of ‘saudade’, a Portuguese word for a deep, untranslatable longing, the collection explores how the quest for meaning often leads to the discovery of what lies hidden within ourselves.
