Here this month we explore in October the theme of vital, what is essential in our daily lives when it comes to our clothes. Protection and layers are essential for keeping us warm and protecting us from the ever-changing weather. Find out more in October is Vital Here
Alongside this, we explore jackets, layers as well as military and utilitarian styles. This may be injected via simple styling notes such as wearing a vest to create layering smaller details such as harnesses, straps, and pockets which nod to both vital elements of design, the influence of military silhouettes, and overall protection of the body.
The Autumn Winter 2022 collection showcase how each of these elements can be interpreted from big protection vests from Balmain to military-style silhouettes from Eudon Choi. Down to styling details from Roberto Cavalli that introduce harnesses into evening wear.
