I don’t know why but there’s something about Australian brands that I instantly trust.

When I think of Australian cosmetics I think of pure, clean, natural, organic (I know natural/organic is not always the case) as well as high grade, technological, ethical and sustainable. Australian brands have cultivated a ‘trust us’ culture and I instantaneously do. Anytime I get wind of a new brand from down under my ears prick up and I want to know more. For such a small population they produce a lot of fantastic skincare. Maybe it’s because they have to be on top of their game because of the effects of the harsh UV rays that side of the world? or maybe it’s because as a nation they have very strict rules when it comes to certifying natural or organic cosmetics? and/or perhaps it’s because they have a vast array of unpolluted natural resources to discover and cultivate, who knows?
