Forever Rock and Roll
By Jo Phillips
Forever Rock and Roll reminds us that even in dire times we need to keep that spirit alive.
Seems kind of difficult to be very rock and roll stuck in our own homes, with nowhere to go to and nothing to rebel against. Well, we can rebel in our home of course but no one can really see just what a great rebel we are. We now don’t actually have to go into the office to formal dress is out the window, bring on your inner rebel
But let’s be honest, being a rebel is in our soul so we don’t need to be seen we just need to know we are in touch with that part of our truest self
Why not slip on an old rock and roll band t-shirt and if they are all too worn out with just one too many holes then why not treat yourself to a new one
The company Underground has re-released 3 statement T-Shirts from 2015, each with a message that’s either going to jog a happy memory or at least spur you on.
All the clubs have been closed down, that classic lines from The Specials song Ghost Town, so that is choice one
Or many be Hang the DJ lines from The Smiths, Panic, is more your style or I’m a mess even? the choice is yours
The brand also launches the ‘Always Forward Never Back‘ series available on YouTube, hosted British music journalist, author, musician and founder of Louder Than War website – John Robb.
