Anarchy: Honningbarna Dash Across the UK
By Pascal Ebner
Norwegian Punk-Rock band Honningbarna have arrived in the UK and are going to play all over the country to bring their blazing sound to the English people. Praised by plenty of critics and reviewers, Honningbarna promise to present a live show that you won’t forget so easily… or practically never.
The five-piece band presented their first UK release in March with “Verden Er Enkel” and yes, they won’t sing in English – Honningbarna keep it traditional and are proud of their language. Nevertheless the band knows how to get the audience heated up and after a few minutes you won’t even mind the language barrier anymore – cause it just feels natural.
After plenty of festival shows, Honningbarna (which – by the way – means Honey Children) decided to return to the UK and give good old Britain the chance to indulge in their sound once more. For that occasion we decided to give two tickets away for the London Show (26th of September) at the 12 Bar Club and only want to know: “What do you think Punk means in 2013?”
Simply send your answer to editor@centmagazine.co.uk before the 24th September and who knows, maybe you’ll be able to experience one of the best live gigs in the world. The tickets will be delivered to the winner. For more information check out our Facebook page!
Besides the London gig – Honningbarna will play at the following venues:
27.09.2013: Mello Mello (support for Dirty Revolution), Liverpool UK
28.09.2013: Cowley Club, Brighton UK
