In summer we love a lick of shimmer across our faces, the sun bringing a shine to our face that sense of a natural glow that reminds us of carefree summer days, out and about living our best lives. But we really do not want is shine from oil; oily skin is a summer love killer.
If you are more prone to an oily completion or worry that a full day in make-up can tend to make your skin look a little great, then the two latest releases from wonder-brand Benefit are going to be a joy to your makeup bag.
Firstly comes The POREfessional Powder a superfine loose powder to mattify and set make up. So what does it do? Well it locks on makeup, minimises the look of shine, and blurs pores.
For those with a slightly more oily complexion, this is an idea powder as we don’t want our pores clogged up or going cakey. The superfine silky-soft formula floats weightlessly over the skin for a seamless, natural-matte finish and doesn’t leave things dry or cakey.
It has the latest hot ingredient in the world of beauty included in it; Upsalite. A finely milled powdered mineral Upsalite can be used to absorb both lipophilic and hydrophilic substances like sweat, oil, and sebum. This makes it a great add-in for powders that reduce shine and create a matte finish. Also find in this powder a Mineral-rich Kaolin Clay that also aids absorption of excess surface skin oil. This new make-up is smudge-proof, sweatproof & humidity-proof lasting on the face for a whopping 16 hours
Another helpful and useful option is the The POREfessional Matte Primer. This lightweight primer does all the work for you. Staring by blurring the look of pores, helping makeup stay put, and instantly absorbing excess oil for a lasting natural-matte finish. And thanks to some star ingredients, the more you use it, the better your skin looks
Non-comedogenic and translucent it contains Niacinamide, a form of Vitamin B3, which contributes to skin hydration and helps smooth the look of pores. Also, find Rose Hip Extract that helps reduce excess surface skin oil and shine, and the mineral powder element that softly blurs the look of pores
