Vivid: Ross Halfin and Rock & Roll
By Jo Phillips
What’s more vivid than music being brought to life via photography? This October at the Novotel Conference Centre in Hammersmith, London, photographer Ross Halfin‘s images will be on display at the exhibition, The Indulgence Show.
This artist, who started photographing in the 1970s, has captured stunning images of rock legends, including The Who, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, and more.
Although his career began by sneaking into rock concerts during college, he then became a photographer for Kerrang magazine, which is where his career truly took off.
Today, Ross still travels the world to capture rock stars in action, including The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, and The Clash. However, he has also photographed more modern singers of today, such as Amy Winehouse.
The Indulgence Show is aimed at visitors who are interested in not only music, but in educating themselves on rock history. Ross Halfin will also will be in attendence, speaking about his life on the road with the biggest rock legends, while also autographing limited edition prints.
