Bold: Bold twist on a classic

Kangol and Marc by Marc Jacobs have teamed up for a second season following on from the success of their first collaboration for SS13. The headpieces use the same Jewel palette and patterns form the MBMJ Mens Autumn/Winter2013 ready to wear collection.  Some of the bolder classic twists include the Kangol 504 in leopard print and an oversized plaid trapper, all adorned with a special collaboration woven logo that sees the MBMJ logo arching in a semi circle above the KANGOL Kangaroo.

KANGOL’s Design Director, Nic Harris summed up the menswear collaboration by saying “It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with the MBMJ team again. Blending elements of their ready-to-wear designs into some of KANGOL’s most beloved styles allowed us to come up with exciting new possibilities that merged fashion and heritage,”

Never one to shy away from a hat at  .Cent we love these pieces and although designed with the menswear collection in mind they are definitely unisex pieces.  Let us know what you think or tweet us a picture if you  already have one.
