BULK: Music be the food of love

By Yasmin Sholgami

If music be the food of love then this years love happens to also be very slimming. So being the start to what feels like a very exciting year a lot of us have decided it’s time to start eating healthily and head to the gym (myself included). Now forget about trying a vegan diet or joining weightwatchers, we have found ourselves a brand new way to lose some weight and have a bit of fun while we are at it.

Superdrug have come up with a better idea that is far more enjoyable than being on the treadmill. They have released their very own ‘Sexercise’ dance track to work perfectly for you and your partners love making,  and you can of course add your own ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs’ to make the soundtrack to this sexercise a bit more personal. Now doesn’t that sound a bit more fun than going to the gym?

Superdrug and their fitness experts analysed 2,000 British couples to perfect the beat for optimum thrill and satisfaction. The track that lasts 23 minutes which is meant to be the average length of a UK sex session was put together by fitness experts for maximum calorie burn. This upbeat track was created to encourage couples to pace their bedroom antics to the changing beat of the music.

So it’s finally time to say goodbye to your overpriced gym membership. After all, who needs a personal trainer when you’ve got a partner who can help you do all the work (not to mention all the fun). If you’re single however there’s no reason you can’t still dance around to this track and burn the calories yourself. So head home and say hello to your perfect summer body.

You can download the track for free here.
