A great fragrance has the capability to make you feel fabulous, to lift your soul even. When you smell good, you not only feel good, but you may well feel more confident and glamorous. Whilst some women like to have a signature fragrance that makes them instantly recognisable, others prefer to have an assortment of different scents and build their own fragrance library. Different notes for different moods. Patchouli Temptation introduces the new Bvlgari’s Patchouli Tentation the newest scent in their Splendida collection. A perfume crafted with one of the world’s most sensual ingredients the majestic Patchouli.

Even though Bvlgari was established in Rome in 1884 it was born of a talented Greek silversmith Sotirio Bulgari, Initially known for their exquisite jewellery, with distinctive style made-up of vibrant colour combinations, exquisitely balanced volumes and unmistakable motifs that pay homage to the Roman roots of the company. Bvlgari quickly established a reputation for Italian excellence with exquisite craftsmanship and magnificent jewellery creations. Inspiration is drawn from eternally elegant Roman and Greek art, with a twist of contemporary flair to create timeless combinations.

With this kind of classic style and remarkable heritage, it stands to reason that the fragrances made by Bvlgari are equally beautiful. In 1992, they launched their debut scent Bulgari Eau Parfumée au Thé Vert – heralded an exciting new chapter in Bulgari’s glimmering history. Created by Jean-Claude Ellena, Eau Parfumée au Thé Vert takes the subtlest and finest aromas of green tea, blending citrus notes for a so-refreshing combination that’s fresh, delicate and sweet, it is a perfume classic.

Bvlgari continued expertly blended, and intimately seductive, each perfume and aftershave dedicated to the eternal, sexual qualities of both men and women. In 2017 Bvlgari launched the Splendida Collection with three fragrances Iris d’Or a light and solar scent; Rose Rose which pay tribute to the queen of all flowers, and Jasmin Noir an elegant oriental floral; Later they added Splendida Magnolia Sensuel which is generous and feminine; and Tubereuse Mystique, which captures the desire inherent in tuberose.

In 2020 Splendida Collection continues its journey with the introduction of the dazzling new Eau de Parfum Patchouli Tentation; seductive and carnal, it’s a deeply addictive new fragrance that embodies a single emotion. A sublime temptation alongside paying tribute to the power, grace, and sensuality of women. Patchouli Tentation will be launched on 1st April at Harvey Nichols.

The breakdown of notes is what builds the scent to its crescendo and starts at the Top with rich incense earthy Patchouli and White Peach for a burst of bright fruit.

Next comes more Pacthoui here its intense aroma, a combination of musk and earthiness, that’s also a little mild and sweet meets delicate powdery Orris. Whilst its soul in the very base is even more patchouli this time the leaf with more softness from white musk

The perfume ultimately finishes like the most gentle kiss on the soft hand of a young princess. It’s a gentle warm love that wraps around you yet it’s strong enough for the noblest of birthrights.

These three facets layer and blend to form charismatic chiaroscuro patchouli that is at once clear and earthy, velvety and pure which makes Splendida Bvlgari Patchouli Tentation a unique and irresistible creation. It’s timeless and dazzling, a luxurious expression of Bvlgari femininity.

Bvlgari is always close to nature using nature’s most precious gems and Natural Ingredients in their Perfume. We can say that Nature and heritage are in the DNA of Splendida.

A Chypre Floral fragrance for women Even Patchouli Tentation will complement a gem from nature known as Patchouli, one of the world’s most sensual ingredients. The patchouli is the heart of the new fragrance, and its heart is a rare gem.
