Sharp: New Writer’s Festival

After six days of poetry, film, theatre and comedy the New Writer’s festival at the CLF Art Cafe aka Bussey Building continues with more inspiring talks, workshops and theatre plays.

From tomorrow, Tuesday, 15th April, you can come down to see the Russian classic ‘The Master and Margarita’ in a new adaptation by Hannah Burke, directed by Shane Dempsey,executed by the FRAGMENTS ensemble and researched and developed in Moscow. The performance starts at 7.30pm each night, for three nights only. Watch the trailer on vimeo and meet the devil.

And there’s more: from 8pm until 10.30pm tomorrow you can explore the fine art of the spoken word with DREAD POETS SOCIETY. Join a selection of the best spoken words artists from all around London supported by special guests and DJ Artists for inspiring talks and brain food.
