Stefano Ricci

With the help of his family, Stefano Ricci started his collaboration with the Florence State Archive in order to provide restoration of a 12-piece selection of antique books from the Florentine region. Stefano and his son Filippo Ricci will start the historical project with the three volumes “The Art of Silk”, “The Art of Wool” and the “Università de’ Linaioli”.

These books were the most in need of intervention and will be added to the State Archives after completion. For the Ricci family, it is an honor to work towards the maintenance of Florence’s history. The work is going to be digitized as well and therefore made available for interested parties.

Pictures of mentioned volumes can be seen below.
