Prosecco is a great go-to as a more affordable way to enjoy a few bubbles over this coming party weekend. drink it chilled in a flute or coupe glass for the added touch of luxury. Or have the option to turn your glass of prosecco into something a little bit sensational and have a cocktail or three? After all, we do love any opportunity for celebration, especially after such the trying period that was covid.

Budgets are tight so what if there was a good option out there that tasted great gave a rose option and that could be drunk on its own or as a cocktail?

Meet Corte Molino prosecco which is made by Borgo Molino in Treviso, Italy. The esteemed producer prides itself on making wines with finesse and elegance, and they have an Extra Dry and DOC Rosé version.

The Corte Molino Prosecco Extra Dry is made from an exclusive selection of Glera grapes to create a straw-yellow Prosecco with a fine fizz. Floral on the nose and delicately fruity on the palate, this is a well-structured, slightly sweet sparkle that is perfect to party with.

Or should you be more of a pink kind of fizz lover, then the Corte Molino Prosecco DOC Rosé is a delightful blend of Glera and Pinot Nero? Vibrant pink in colour with delightful flavours of raspberry and strawberry with delicate floral notes

If you are not obsessed with bubbles you can also put either of them into delicious cocktails.


Prosecco Mimosa

Fill a flute with chilled Corte Molino Extra Dry and top up with freshly squeezed, chilled orange juice. Citrussy and summery with popping flavours!


Elderflower Gin Fizz

Add a half measure of gin to a flute with a dash of good quality elderflower cordial, and liberally top with Corte Molino Extra Dry. A grown-up, floral sensation with a sweet edge for summer.


Pink Raspberry Bellini

Add raspberry puree to a coupe glass, and top up with Corte Molino DOC Rosé. Garnish with fresh British in-season raspberries and strawberries for a real taste of the garden.


The French 75

Add a tablespoon of sugar syrup, a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and a measure of lemon or citrus-infused gin into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake very well, and strain into a flute. Top up with
Corte Molino Extra Dry and garnish with a curly strip of lemon zest…sophistication in a glass!


Pink Kir Royale

Add a large tablespoon or slug of crème de cassis into a flute, and top with Corte Molino DOC Rosé. Garnish with fresh blackberries and edible flowers to make it super pretty.
