So if you are now investing into up to date tooth equipment then it may be good to get familiar with some good teeth care habits. This is not all, we have a few tips for you so that you can proudly put a big smile on your face:-
If you have sensitive teeth, don’t forget to avoid extreme temperatures and use lukewarm water when you brush them, make sure to use a desensitising toothpaste so that it acts as a shield by calming exposed nerves.
